Refunds & Cancellation

One-Time Consultations
The $49 written review and $99 full-menu action plan can be refunded before work starts. Once analysis of the submitted menu has begun, the service is non-refundable except where required by law.
Subscriptions
Cancel RestaurantMargin Pro at any time by emailing us from the Stripe purchase email. Access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. We do not refund partial periods except where the service was unavailable.
How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@codeaustral.com from your purchase email
- Include the receipt number from your Stripe confirmation
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe
- Refunds typically arrive within 5–10 business days
Statutory Rights
Statutory rights in your country are unaffected by this policy.
