By accessing or using RestaurantMargin ("Service"), operated by CodeAustral LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

RestaurantMargin provides a free AI-powered restaurant margin calculator, practical food-cost and menu engineering guides, and optional paid plans including a Pro Menu Plan, Guides & Plans Library, and Full Margin Toolkit. The calculator and guides are informational tools for restaurant operators and do not constitute professional financial or legal advice.

Free Calculator

The margin calculator is free to use. All menu data you enter is processed locally in your browser and is never stored on our servers. We make no warranty that calculator outputs are exact or suitable for business-critical decisions without independent verification.

Paid Products

Paid guides, plans, and toolkits are delivered digitally upon successful payment. Access is provided via the email address used at checkout. You may use purchased materials for your own restaurant operations. Redistribution or resale of purchased materials is prohibited.

Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. All purchases are one-time unless otherwise stated. We offer a 14-day refund on digital products if you are unsatisfied — contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Acceptable Use

• Do not resell or redistribute our paid content without authorization
• Do not scrape or systematically extract content from this site
• Do not attempt to circumvent any paywall or access controls
• Use the calculator and guides for lawful business purposes only

Intellectual Property

All guides, templates, calculator code, design, and branding are the property of CodeAustral LLC. Purchasing a guide grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own restaurant. You may not reproduce, publish, or sell the materials.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that calculator results, benchmarks, or guide recommendations will produce specific financial outcomes. Restaurant profitability depends on many variables outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeAustral LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in dispute.

Termination

We may suspend access to the Service for violations of these Terms. Purchased products are non-revocable unless required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, where CodeAustral LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or site notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
