Agreement

By accessing or using RestaurantMargin ("Service"), operated by CodeAustral LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

RestaurantMargin provides free restaurant margin calculators, a limited free dashboard, free operating guides, an optional $9 monthly Pro workspace, and optional $49 or $99 consultations. Calculators and guides are informational tools and do not constitute financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Free Calculator

The margin calculator is free to use. All menu data you enter is processed locally in your browser and is never stored on our servers. We make no warranty that calculator outputs are exact or suitable for business-critical decisions without independent verification.

Paid Services

RestaurantMargin Pro is a monthly subscription that adds larger menus, saved scenarios, AI assessment, and export. Margin Review and Full Menu Action Plan are one-time asynchronous written consultation services. Scope and turnaround are shown before Stripe checkout.

Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Pro renews monthly until canceled. Consultations are one-time purchases. Refund and cancellation terms are described on our Refunds page; approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Acceptable Use

• Do not resell or redistribute site content without authorization
• Do not scrape or systematically extract content from this site
• Do not attempt to bypass Pro feature limits or payment controls
• Use the calculator and guides for lawful business purposes only

Intellectual Property

All guides, templates, calculator code, design, and branding are the property of CodeAustral LLC. Free access grants permission to use the materials inside your own restaurant. You may not reproduce, publish, or sell the materials as a competing product.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that calculator results, benchmarks, or guide recommendations will produce specific financial outcomes. Restaurant profitability depends on many variables outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeAustral LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in dispute.

Financial Disclaimer

Calculations are estimates to support your own analysis. They are not financial, accounting, or tax advice. Verify with a qualified professional.

Termination

We may suspend access to paid features for violations of these Terms or failed payment. Canceling Pro ends paid access at the close of the billing period.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or site notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
